[Virtual Roundtable #23] ‘Constitutional Revolution’
The Virtual Roundtable on ‘Constitutional Revolution’ was successfully concluded in the afternoon of 10 October 2022, Tuesday.
The authors of the book, Gary Jacobsohn (University of Texas) and Yaniv Roznai (Reichman University) presented key aspects of the argument made in their book and examples from around the world which illustrate the need to shift from a process-based understanding of constitutional transformation to a substance-based one. The panel consisting of Erika Arban (University of Melbourne), Gautam Bhatia (Freie Universität Berlin), Kim Sung Ho (Yonsei University), Bryan Dennis Tiojanco (University of Tokyo) and Benjamin Lawrence (National University of Singapore) (Moderator) discussed the book and its contribution to the existing scholarship.
