Judge Masanori HARA is a Judge at Yamagata Family/District Court in Japan, where Judge Hara handles all of the Family cases including lawsuits on family status such as divorce and other domestic relations procedures such as division of estates. Judge Hara worked with the civil department at the Tokyo District Court, the criminal department at the Kushiro District Court and also as a legal expert at the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Phnom Penh for two years.
