WAKITA

Masanori Wakita is Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, Kanazawa University, where he teaches corporate law. He received his LL.B. and J.D. from The University of Tokyo and then started an academic career as a research associate. His area of research is corporate law, especially M&A law from a comparative perspective. His thesis was a comparative analysis of M&A, which included an in-depth examination of American and German Law. He is also interested in Asian corporate law.
