Kageyama Tomohiko is a judge of the Tokyo District Court, handling civil cases. He was appointed as a Judge in 2006, and has approximately 20 years of experience across multiple courts in Japan. Judge Kageyama is with NUS CALS under a research exchange partnership with the Supreme Court of Japan. He is interested in the impact of the digitalization of civil litigation procedures on civil judicial practice. Based on this interest, he is going to research on Electronic Litigation System in civil procedure in Singapore.
