ABOUT THE SEMINAR
The Centre for Banking & Finance Law is delighted to host a dialogue with Professor Ignacio Tirado who will reflect on how transnational law is shaping international and domestic private law legislation around the world, and offer his insights on some of UNIDROIT’s projects, such as digital assets and private law, bank insolvency, investment contracts, voluntary carbon credits, corporate sustainability due diligence, and dispute resolution. If time permits, participants will be invited to share their experiences relating to UNIDROIT projects and their suggestions for future projects. Participants will be invited to share their views on current UNIDROIT projects and any suggestions for future projects – time permitting.
