Selected Presentation Summaries from the Banking, Finance and Technology Conference (18-19 May 2023)

This collection of presentation summaries arose from the two-day conference on Banking, Finance and Technology that was held in NUS Faculty of Law. The conference explores notable developments in banking and finance law in the last decade relating to the use of AI in regulation and in decision-making by banks, central bank digital currencies, cryptocurrencies, payment fraud and digitisation of trade finance. The conference offered insights from different stakeholders with a focus on real-world challenges.
