
Benedikt  Bartylla
Benedikt Bartylla is a PhD candidate and research assistant at the Institute for the Law and Regulation of Digitization (IRDi), University of Marburg, Germany. His research focuses on cross-border aspects and comparative perspectives of tech regulation, particularly in the area of crypto regulation. He holds an LL.B. and a Law Diploma from Bucerius Law School, Hamburg, and has recently been a visiting researcher at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and the Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London.
