B.A. (Hons) in Jurisprudence (University of Oxford)
Valerie is a graduate of the University of Oxford (B.A. (Hons) in Jurisprudence, 2019). She completed her studies on the postgraduate Legal Practice Course (Accelerated) at BPP University, and will be commencing a training contract with Herbert Smith Freehills.
While a student, Valerie was involved in intra-university and international mooting competitions, and performed with the university’s street dance team. She was also the Sponsorship Secretary of the Halsbury Society, the law society at Merton College. She first developed an interest in finance law after joining the Oxford Saïd Finance Lab, a programme involving workshops on financial concepts, processes, instruments and models.
