  2. be full-time NUS Law students in:
    1. the final year of the LLB Programme, whether taken as a single or double degree;
    2. the final year of the Juris Doctor Programme; or

(a) The one-off Grant of S$20,000 will be disbursed to the candidate nominated by NUS Law and selected by the ICJ or PCA.

(b) The Grant will be disbursed one month before the official commencement date of the ICJ JFP/PCA FP, in addition to any OIS provided by NUS Law.

(c) Apart from the OIS, applicants and/or Grant recipients cannot concurrently hold any other form of free aid to support their participation in the ICJ JFP or PCA FP without the prior approval of the respective awarding bodies.

(d) NUS Law reserves the right to make no offer of Grant in a given Academic Year if there is no applicant of merit or if the applicant already has sufficient funding from the OIS or private sources to benefit from the opportunities provided by the ICJ JFP or the PCA FP without being held back by financial constraints.
