Networking is a skill that every future lawyer needs to develop. Networking at a Careers Fair may seem daunting to the inexperienced; you might not knowhow to start a conversation or how to convert these conversations into potential careers opportunities. However, with some preparation and practice, you will excel in the art of conversations and even discover and make valuable connections.
By attending this workshop, you will learn:
- How to prepare to build connections at a Careers Fair
- Do’s and Don’ts when connecting with employers at a Careers Fair
- The subtle art of maintaining connections and creating opportunities
