A legal internship is more than a resume milestone — it is where professional reputations begin to form.
This workshop empowers law students to step into their internships with confidence, self-awareness, and a strong professional presence. By understanding workplace dynamics and learning how to navigate real-world situations thoughtfully, participants are better equipped to learn faster, contribute meaningfully, and stand out for the right reasons.

About the Trainer

Dr. Roslina Chai
Strategy & Innovation Process Facilitator, Coach, Mediator
Working at the intersection of strategy, conflict, and leadership, Dr. Roslina has earned a reputation for transforming the intractable into harmony. She is most known as a lawyer, a 6-times entrepreneur, and a senior business leader with 20+ years of multi-industry, multi-sector, and multi-geography P&L experience.
Academically, she is a published doctoral researcher in the domains of digital corporate social innovation and compassion in the workplace. Creatively, Roslina is most widely recognised as a poet, improv actress, and culinarian. On that basis, what sets Roslina’s interventions apart is the seamless blending of commercial, academic, and creative disciplines.
