Description
Synopsis
Many heading into legal practice would often wonder if they should start as a general practitioner (whether it be Corporate, Dispute Resolution or general Solicitors work) or dive straight into a specialist practice (e.g. Banking & Finance, Capital Market, International Arbitration or Mergers and Acquisition).
Sharing his views on general and specialist practice(s) through his 27 odd years journey as a litigator, in house, international arbitration, solo practice before merging his practice with RHTLaw Asia (in February this year) is Anil Changaroth – an international Mediator, Adjudicator, Arbitrator and Appropriate Dispute Resolution Practitioner, who also in the past 20 years managed a Masters of Science in Construction Law & Arbitration (King’s College London & NUS), Graduate Certificates in Law & Technology and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (SMU), Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (University of Cambridge Judge Business School), Restorative Justice, Emotional Quotient Coaching and International Investor State Mediation (Centre of Effective Dispute Resolution).
‘Each man is capable of doing one thing well. If he attempts several, he will fail to achieve distinction in any.’
‘Reality is created by the mind, we can change our Reality by changing our mind.’
Plato, 428/427 or 424/423 – 348/347 BC, Ancient Greek Philosopher
