About the Speakers

Kevin Ho
Co-Head of Corporate Governance and Compliance Practice &

Kevin Ho is Co-Head of WongPartnership’s Corporate Governance and Compliance Practice and a Partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. His main areas of practice are corporate governance and compliance, regulatory compliance, and corporate advisory, covering both public and private clients.

Kevin regularly advises boards of directors, senior management, and key stakeholders on governance frameworks, directors’ duties, and compliance with applicable regulatory regimes. He has deep expertise in helping listed organisations navigate complex regulatory and compliance issues, and deal with regulators.

Kevin is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors and serves on its Bulletin Committee.

Lesley Fu
Partner, in Infrastructure, Construction & Engineering Practice, WongPartnership

Lesley FU is a Partner in WongPartnership’s Infrastructure, Construction & Engineering Practice. She is an Accredited Specialist in Building and Construction Law appointed by the Singapore Academy of Law. She acts in complex disputes before the Singapore Courts, SIAC and ICC, and regularly handles adjudications under the Building and Construction Security of Payment Act 2004, mediations and neutral evaluations. Lesley also advises on major domestic and international projects, including lifestyle, healthcare, commercial and hospitality developments, and is experienced with bespoke and standard form construction contracts (including SIA, PSSCOC, REDAS and FIDIC). She is recognised in Best Lawyers for Construction Law (2023–2026).

Gavin Neo

Gavin Neo is a Partner at WongPartnership’s Professional & Enterprise Disputes Practice and the White Collar & Enforcement Practice. He specialises in complex international commercial litigation and arbitration, fraud and asset recovery, and criminal litigation. He has acted in cross‑border fraud investigations and defended claims involving the recovery of misappropriated assets spanning multiple jurisdictions. His criminal practice focuses on business crime, corruption, anti‑money laundering, Official Secrets Act matters, Interpol Red Notices and corporate governance offences. Recognised as a Future Star in Benchmark Litigation Asia‑Pacific 2025, Gavin graduated from King’s College London and is admitted to the Singapore Bar.

TIAN Sion Yoong

TIAN Sion Yoong is a Partner in WongPartnership’s Financial Services Regulatory, Derivatives & Structured Products, and FinTech Practices. He advises on regulatory frameworks in Singapore, including licensing requirements for financial institutions, market infrastructures and intermediaries. His work spans emerging technologies such as blockchain, digital assets and AI, as well as carbon credits, tokenisation and digital finance projects. He also handles derivatives transactions, including ISDA documentation, and has experience in structured finance, bond issuances and securitisation. Previously, he served as in-house counsel at a major investment bank, supporting trading businesses on transactional and regulatory matters.

Smitha Menon

Smitha Menon is the Head of WongPartnership’s Restructuring & Insolvency Practice and a Partner in International Arbitration, India and Special Situations Advisory Practices. She focuses on corporate disputes and cross-border restructuring. She holds leadership roles in global organisations, including Vice President of the International Insolvency Institute, and serves on multiple arbitration and advisory panels such as ICC and SIAC. A former Singapore Law Society Council member, she remains active in disciplinary and professional committees. Smitha has received international recognition, including IWIRC’s2020 Woman of the Year (Asia), and was the first female Singapore member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration.

Kyle Lee
