Networking is a skill that every future lawyer needs to develop. Networking at a Careers Fair may seem daunting to the inexperienced; you might not know how to start a conversation or how to convert these conversations into
potential careers opportunities. However, with some preparation and practice, you will excel in the art of conversations and even discover and make valuable connections.
By attending this workshop, you will learn:
1. How to prepare to build connections at a Careers Fair
2. Do’s and Don’ts when connecting with employers at a physical or virtual
Careers Fair
3. The subtle art of maintaining connections and creating opportunities

Please note:
– In-person slots are limited to the first 40 students and on a first come, first served basis.
– Bite-sized treats box will be provided to the first 40 students who registered and turn up for the in-person event. Due to Safe Management Measures, there is strictly no consumption of food allowed in the Seminar Room. Students may collect their treats box after the event has ended.
