About the Speakers

Rishi Hindocha, Partner

Rishi has experience advising on restructuring, insolvency and financing matters in a wide range of industries and jurisdictions. His work includes advising on financings for distressed and special situations, informal (consensual) restructuring, formal (court based) statutory rehabilitation and reorganisation (such as via scheme of arrangement) and on insolvency, recovery and enforcement (such as through judicial management, liquidation and receivership). Rishi advises stakeholders across the capital structure on restructuring and enforcement options, distressed debt trading and financings, distressed M&A acquisition finance and structured financings.

Cédric Lindenmann, Senior Associate

Cédric has extensive experience in a wide range of technology and data related matters. He advises on the full range of technology related agreements including digital transformation projects, business process and IT outsourcing projects, cloud computing, software licensing and support agreements, software development projects and agreements for the implementation of ERP solutions and IP and technology aspects of M&A transactions, joint ventures and other collaboration agreements. Cedric also advises on big data projects, data protection and cybersecurity issues.

Sorcha Boyce, Senior Legal Tech Engagement Manager

Sorcha is a Senior Manager on A&O’s LegalTech team, supporting practice groups in the firm’s offices across the APAC region. Sorcha has 10 years’ experience in the procurement and implementation of technology in legal practice, collaborating with both lawyers and clients to improve legal service delivery. She is responsible for implementing technology solutions, improving operational processes and exploring how emerging technologies can transform legal work. Sorcha has previously worked in finance, for a legaltech start-up and as a practicing barrister.
