CML Maritime Law Lecture with Paul Apostolis

Mr Paul Apostolis, Director of Campbell Johnston Clark (CJC), and an Adjunct Fellow in CML, has been a regular speaker at our maritime casualty course (Maritime Law). He recently joined us at this year’s Maritime Law class held on 9 March 2023.  Mr Apostolis spoke on salvage and the use of Lloyds Open Form (LOF). He shared real-life examples and detailed the challenges of settling salvage awards. The lecture ended with a role-play by students as owners and salvors. CML and our students would like to express our thanks to Mr Apostolis.
