CML is delighted to welcome our Adjunct External Fellow (and NUS Law alumnus), Marco Crusafio, to share his experiences and insights after graduating from the NUS Law LLM (Maritime Law) programme, qualifying as a lawyer, and commencing practice with a top international maritime law firm.

Marco Crusafio is a graduate of Bologna University and NUS. He is predominantly a litigator with a focus on shipping and international trade and commodities disputes, having acted for a wide variety of clients on a full range of disputes including the sale and purchase of ships, the carriage of goods by sea, charterparties and bills of lading, trade of petroleum products and related transactions, piracy and collisions. Marco practices in both the English courts and in international arbitral proceedings. Some of his recent successes in the Commercial Court and Court of Appeal are of significance in the international trade and shipping arena.
