Description

The seminar deals with all aspects of the endorsement of bills of lading. How does an endorsement work, are all bills of lading ‘endorseable’, and where can it go wrong? What does the surrender of the bill of lading ‘duly endorsed’ mean, and how can this obligation affect the claimant’s right of suit?
