Description
The Centre for Maritime Law (CML) is celebrating the 2,000th case in the CML CMI Database of Judicial Decisions on International Conventions. The Database, which is hosted by CML in collaboration with the Comité Maritime International (CMI) builds on the foundation laid by the late Francesco Berlingieri in an earlier database. The Database aims to make case decisions more accessible to the worldwide maritime community, in the hope that this will foster comparative research and uniformity of interpretation of international maritime law.
