CML Port Side kicked AY2025/26 with our annual student-alumni dinner at Brewerkz Riverside Point for our students, alumni and associates in maritime law. We had a particularly large group this year, 55 participants consisting of current students, recent graduates, professors and senior practitioners who came together to network and speak candidly about their experiences. We would like to record our thanks to alumni members Adam Ho’22, Darren Chen’22, Wong Weitao’22,  Wu Muyu’22, Russell Adam Whang’23, Muhammad Syazwan ’24, Zenos Jin’24, Ryan Chan’25, Dr Elson Ong’25, as well as our Advisory Board members, Erik Widjaja’12, Dedi Affandi’10 and Maureen Poh, for taking time from their busy schedules to come talk to our student community.

We hope the event ‘broke the ice’ and wish everyone a great start to the AY!

CML Port Side is an initiative to provide opportunities for students and young alumni members to engage with the local maritime law community and, by doing so, increase the visibility of the career opportunities that this industry has to offer.
