Mr Leong Kah Wah delivered guest lecture to Admiralty Law & Practice class

CML was delighted to have Mr Leong Kah Wah ’90, Partner and Head of Shipping and International Trade at Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP, give a guest lecture on arbitration and mediation in the context of shipping to the Admiralty Law & Practice class on 9 April 2026.

Mr Leong is a leading disputes lawyer specialising in maritime and commercial matters. He has acted as lead counsel in landmark Singapore Court of Appeal cases, including The Bunga Melati 5, and is widely recognised for his expertise in shipping litigation, arbitration and international trade disputes. A Senior Accredited Specialist in Maritime and Shipping law, he is consistently ranked among the top practitioners in the field. Mr Leong is President of the Maritime Law Association of Singapore (MLAS) and was a member of CML’s Advisory Board from 2017-2023.
