Felix is a contributor to Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong: Maritime Law (Butterworths) and Shipping and Logistics Law: Principles and Practice in Hong Kong (2nd Edition, HKU Press). He has published in his field in Law Quarterly Review, Modern Law Review, Lloyd’s Maritime and Commercial Law Quarterly and Journal of Maritime Law and Commerce. He is qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong, England and Wales, and practised in the shipping department of JSM Norton Rose (now JSM Mayer Brown) before joining academia.
