Xue FENG is currently an Assistant Professor at the School of Law, Xi’an Jiaotong University, in Xi’an, China. She earned her PhD in Law from Queen Mary University of London and her master’s degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Exeter, UK.

Xue FENG is currently an Assistant Professor at the School of Law, Xi’an Jiaotong University, in Xi’an, China. She earned her PhD in Law from Queen Mary University of London and her master’s degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Exeter, UK.

Dr. Feng specializes in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, and International Economic Law. Her current research interests include topics such as “International corporations governance and US national security regime”, and “Developments of climate-related financial disclosure of corporations”. She also serves as a board member of the Institute of European Law Studies, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
