End of Exchange Semester Guide
As you reach the end of your semester with us, there will be some critical matters which will require your attention before you leave NUS and Singapore. This may include examination matters, transcripts, student account, library matters etc.

A. Examinations Matters

B. Release of Results
The schedule of results release can be found here. You can view your results through myEduRec (Login > Self Service > Student Center > select "View My Exam Results" from Academics Section).
C. Transcripts
A unofficial pdf transcript which includes the overall results of the current semester can be generated from the 11th calendar day from the day of results release. You have up to 1 month after the end of your exchange semester to generate an unofficial transcript via myEduRec.
All exchange students will receive a complementary electronic official transcript from the Office of University Registrar about two months after the end of the exchange semester. If you are a full year student at NUS, you will receive your electronic official transcript two months after the end of your studies. This transcript will be sent to the personal email address as recorded in myEduRec. You should update their personal email address before the end of your exchange semester. No hard copy or electronic official transcript may be sent to your home university from NUS Law.
Exchange students who require their official transcripts before the release of the complimentary copy, or for additional copies to be sent directly to third-parties, may submit an application to Office of University Registrar here from the 11th calendar day from day of results release, prevailing fees will apply.

You should ensure that you have settled any outstanding fees to the University and have returned all library books before you leave Singapore. If there is an outstanding balance in your student account, you will not be able to access your grades and official transcripts will not be issued to you. You can check your account balance through myEduRec.
You are advised to check the Office of the University Registrar website for other important and updated information.
