Hotel Information for International Legal Ethics Conference (ILEC) Participants
Please take note of the following before making reservation:
- Reservations must be made directly with the hotel using the booking link provided.
a) A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation and the payment link will be sent by the hotel prior to your arrival according to the hotel’s payment terms.
b) For cancellation policy, please refer to the hotel’s terms and conditions.
2. Please contact the hotel (Park Avenue Rochester) directly at merilyn.lee@uel.sg for assistance. A limited number of rooms at preferential conference rates, and lower early bird preferential conference rates, are available on a first-come, first-served basis. As hotel occupancy is also expected to be high during late November and December, Conference participants are strongly encouraged to make their reservations as early as possible.
3. Scheduled complimentary shuttle bus services between the hotel and the conference venue will be arranged by ILEC Secretariat exclusively for conference participants who book their accommodation directly with the hotel using the official conference booking link provided by the ILEC Secretariat. Conference participants who did not book the conference hotel using the link provided or staying at other hotels may make their own way to the conference venue.

In the event of any discrepancy between the information provided on this page and a hotel's Terms and Conditions, the hotel's Terms and Conditions shall prevail. Your accommodation contract is made directly with the hotel and not with ILEC or NUS. ILEC and NUS are not acting as an agent for either the hotel or conference participants and accept no responsibility for the hotel’s booking terms and conditions.
