Registration Fee Tiers and Waiver

The International Association of Legal Ethics and the International Legal Ethics Conference (ILEC) seek to advance teaching, research, vocational training programs, and policy initiatives concerning legal ethics by promoting international collaboration.

Toward that end, we have used a tiered system of registration fees to enable as many scholars to attend as possible. If an applicant requires a further discount in the registration fees in order to attend in person, those applicants may apply for one of a limited number of registration fee waivers, and we will do our best to accommodate those with documented need. To be considered for such a waiver, please email the ILEC Secretariat at ILEC2026@nus.edu.sg no later than same date as registration submission (1 July 2026).

The waiver process will take into account the goal of broadening the geographical representation of participants and will also consider the number of people from the same institution requesting a waiver.
