The programme is intended for those who are unable to undergo a full graduate programme but who would like to take a particular graduate course.<\/p>\n<p>Participants will attend and observe courses taught by our instructors and which are conducted together with the LLB, JD, LLM and other graduate students. Applicants are exempted from course requirements (such as presentations, class projects, assignments or examinations) and are expected to abide by the guidelines of the respective course instructors on class participation. For participants attending face-to-face classes, this includes signing in on arrival and signing out at the conclusion of the activity in the manner required by the organiser, and not being absent from the entire activity for more than 15 minutes. For participants attending webinars, this includes logging in at the start of the webinar and logging out at the conclusion of the webinar in the manner required by the organiser, and not being away from the entire activity for more than 15 minutes. Course convenors are entitled to decline to offer consultations or take specific questions on matters that are not relevant to the course syllabus or pedagogical objectives. In particular, auditing is not a legitimate means to develop competing or in-house training programmes on the same subject matter. This may amount to a breach of copyright or plagiarism and may be dealt with accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Overseas applicants are not eligible to apply for Student Visa. They will be required to apply for their own entry Visas \/ Visit Passes from the Immigration &amp; Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
