Inaugural Reading Group on Penner, ‘Autonomy & Private Law’

On 17 August 2021, the Private Law Research Group (PLRG) at NUS Faculty of Law hosted our inaugural PLRG Reading Group. The PLRG Reading Group aims to gather like-minded colleagues informally to discuss private law articles, cases or ‘work in progress’ papers. The discussion was led by Professor James Penner on his paper, ‘Autonomy & Private Law’.
