For disbursement of the second\u00a0tranche of $5,000, the recipient must have completed two (2) more IP subjects and obtained\u00a0a minimum B grade for those subjects.\u200b\nThe awards shall be used firstly to cover the scholarship recipient&#8217;s tuition fees for his\/her\u00a0undergraduate studies, and any balance will be used for living allowance.\u00a0\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5>HL Wee Scholarship<\/h5>\n\t\t\tIn memory of the late\u00a0Mr\u00a0Harry L.
