September 28, 2021 | In the News

Associate Professor Daniel Seng and Professor Stephen Mason presented their views on artificial intelligence and electronic evidence, based on a joint paper that they wrote for the Singapore Academy of Law Special Issue on Law and Technology. TRAIL was also privileged to have panellist Lord Sales (Supreme Court of the United Kingdom) and moderator Justice Judith Prakash (Singapore Court of Appeal) offer their judicial perspectives on how courts would handle artificial intelligence and electronic evidence. The joint paper, Lord Sales’ speech and resources for electronic evidence can be found here. They were joined by Professor Simon Chesterman (Dean, NUS Law) and Professor David Tan (Deputy Director, Centre for Technology, Robotics, AI & the Law).
