The Tracking Theory of Rights

05 April 2021

Mark McBride has presented his major project, The Tracking Theory of Rights, at a series of Zoom seminars in the last quarter of 2020:

Stirling Political Philosophy (Dec 2020)
UFMG Seminar Series in Law & Philosophy (Dec 2020)
KCL Jurisprudence (KJuris) (Dec 2020)
Girona Legal Philosophy (Oct 2020)
Surrey Centre for Law & Philosophy (SCLP), Hart Seminar (Sep 2020)
These seminars, attended by many leading legal philosophers across the world, formed a useful testing ground for his theory. The project will culminate in a monograph in Hart’s Law & Practical Reason series, to be published in 2022.
