Description
This workshop aims to present the findings and draft recommendations of the ACCESS (ASEAN Competition Compliance Experience Survey‐Study) project conducted by the EW Barker Centre for Law and Business to study the opportunities for, and obstacles towards, greater harmonisation and convergence between the national competition law frameworks of the ASEAN Member States. The results of the study will be analysed to determine which specific areas of substantive or procedural competition law can or should be reformed to facilitate the goals of the ASEAN Economic Community as set out in the AEC Blueprint and the ASEAN Competition Action Plan 2025.
