Fok Theng Fong is a recent graduate from the NUS Law Faculty. He is currently a Part B candidate and intends to practice as a transactional lawyer in the future. Theng Fong’s research interests lie in biodiversity law and the legal framework regulating marine plastic pollution at the local and international level. Theng Fong is also interested in the intersection between corporate law and environmental law, and how the former may be used as a vehicle for more sustainable business decision-making.

UNEP Report on Environmental Courts and Tribunals: A Guide for Policy Makers (2021)
The UNEP 2021 report, led by APCEL Senior Research Fellow, Dr Linda Yanti Sulistiawati, aims to provide a comprehensive update of the 2016 report, which serves as a guide for policymakers when thinking about the institutional design of environmental courts and tribunals. Theng Fong’s areas of focus are environmental courts in China, the Caribbean, and Central America.
