Kacper Szewczyk is a PhD candidate at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences, University of Warsaw, researching the doctrine of reasonable accommodation of religion and its application in the European legal order. His academic interests include law and religion, constitutional law, and human rights. He has conducted research at institutions such as Università degli Studi di Milano Statale and is also completing judicial training at the Polish National School of Judiciary.
