Chun

Dr Zhou Chun is an Associate Professor at the Zhejiang University Guanghua Law School, where she also serves as Executive Director of the Civil and Commercial Law Institute and Vice Director of the Insolvency Law Centre. She holds a Doctor of Laws from Peking University, an LL.M. from Columbia Law School (where she was recognised as a James Kent Scholar), and a Bachelor of Laws from the Yuanpei Pilot Programme at Peking University.

Dr Zhou’s research interests focus on comparative corporate governance, corporate law, and securities regulation. She teaches a range of courses including Corporations, Business Association and Company Law, Commercial Law, Negotiation, Chinese Company Law, and Business Law in China, catering to both undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as international cohorts.
