Jeremy is a TMT/IP lawyer by training, specialising in technology contracts, corporate intellectual property and digital infrastructure transactions. Jeremy’s areas of expertise include advising on Artificial Intelligence (AI), data protection, complex cross-border M&A, data centre colocation and lease agreements and IP licensing.
Prior to his current role with a big tech company, Jeremy practiced law at a Magic Circle and a Big 4 law firm.
