Prof Lynette Chua, Vice Dean (Research), took our Doctoral students to dinner in Little India to mark the start of AY2025 and to extend a heartfelt welcome to our new Doctoral candidates.

 The dinner was preceded by the first Doctoral Workshop of the academic year. The Doctoral Workshop is a year-long course that provides a vital platform for our NUS Law PhD students to refine their research proposals, enhance their research skills, and test their hypotheses. The workshop involves presenting ongoing research and receiving constructive feedback from peers and NUS researchers. This collaborative process is essential for advancing our PhD students' scholarly work and setting the stage for a successful year ahead.
