Marcus currently works in the finance industry as well as providing consulting and training services in conflict management and conflict resolution. He is qualified as an Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore as well as a certified mediator and corporate trainer with over a decade of experience, with clients such as the Civil Service College of Singapore. His past accomplishments include being appointed as the Regional Director (APAC) and Country Manager (Singapore) for Lupl, Inc., as well as holding the office of CEO and first Executive Director of the Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI).

Marcus currently works in the finance industry as well as providing consulting and training services in conflict management and conflict resolution. He is qualified as an Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore as well as a certified mediator and corporate trainer with over a decade of experience, with clients such as the Civil Service College of Singapore.
His past accomplishments include being appointed as the Regional Director (APAC) and Country Manager (Singapore) for Lupl, Inc., where he spearheaded Lupl’s collaboration with the Singapore Ministry of Law on the Legal Tech Platform.
Prior to joining Lupl, Marcus was the CEO and first Executive Director of the Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI). He helped develop SIMI’s credentialing system for professional mediators and mediation organisations, successfully bringing on-board partners from around the world, and bringing together all mediation service providers in Singapore under SIMI.
A pioneer graduate of the NUS double-degree program in Law and Business and an NUS Merit Scholar, Marcus completed his legal training with the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Practice Group at Rajah & Tann LLP.
Marcus is also an advisor to the NUS Collaborative Dispute Resolution Club, and is certified in the Thomas-Kilmann Diagnostics Change Management instrument.
