Description

In a landmark decision earlier this month, the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruled that Switzerland had failed to comply with its duties to act on climate change. That same day, the ECHR also rejected two other cases against Portugal and France on procedural grounds. In this webinar, three leading climate litigation experts analyze the impact of these decisions – not just in Europe but also in a global context.
