Rishik Menon presents at the FinReg Conference on Financial Crime: Challenges and Responses

CBFL Research Associate,  Rishik Elias Menon, will be presenting his paper, “Preventive Justice and the Rise of Risk Regulation: A Case Study in Singapore’s Anti-Money Laundering Offences”  at the FinReg Conference on Financial Crime: Challenges and Responses organised by Institute of Advanced Legal Studies at University of London (14-15 October 2021).
