Dialogue with Professor Ignacio Tirado, UNIDROIT Secretary-General

On 13 June 2024, Professor Ignacio Tirado (UNIDROIT Secretary-General) conducted a dialogue “Rethinking Transnational Law: Selected Issues”. Professor Ignacio Tirado reflected on how transnational law is shaping international and domestic private law legislation around the world. He also went on to discuss how transnational law is shaping international and domestic private law legislation around the world and offered his insights on some of UNIDROIT’s projects, such as digital assets and private law, bank insolvency, investment contracts, voluntary carbon credits, corporate sustainability due diligence, and dispute resolution.
