CBFL welcomes Research Associate, Rachel Phang

CBFL welcomes Rachel Phang as Research Associate. Prior to joining the Centre, Rachel was awarded an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley, where she was placed on the Dean’s List. Rachel also holds an LL.B. from the National University of Singapore and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2017.

During her time at the Centre, Rachel hopes to focus her work primarily on issues relating to the Payment Services Act 2019, and secondarily on other financial services regulatory issues.
