The Centre for Asian and Legal Studies (CALS) and the Centre for Banking & Finance Law (CBFL) jointly hosted Mr Benedikt Bartylla and Dr Johannes Meier from Philipps-University Marburg for their talks on, “Global Trends in Fintech: Conflict of Laws Rules in The EU and U.S. and Electronic Shares in Germany” on 8 September 2023 at NUS Law Bukit Timah Campus. The seminar was moderated by Associate Professor Christian Hofmann, Deputy Director of CALS and Head of Central Banking and Financial Regulation at CBFL.
