Singapore Journal of Legal Studies Special Feature on Alternative Investments edited by Lin Lin and Dora Neo

The March 2020 issue of the Singapore Journal of Legal Studies will include a special feature edited by Lin Lin and Dora Neo. The special feature which arose from the “Alternative Investments in the Tech Era” conference consists of articles from leading academics with an aim to shed light on the changes and risks brought about by technology, and put forth suggestions regarding appropriate responses. Contributions include the lead article on the changing concept of money by Emilios Avgouleas and Sir William Blair, and other articles on data trusts, TechRisk, InsurTech, robo-advisers, blockchain and equity crowdfunding.
