Oxford University Press invites submissions for Volume IV of Oxford Studies in Private Law Theory. This esteemed series showcases groundbreaking research and diverse perspectives in private law theory.
Accepted papers will be presented at the Oxford Studies in Private Law Theory Workshop 2025 that is hosted by the Centre for Legal Theory (CLT) and co-hosts, the Private Law Research Discussion Group (PLDG) and EW Barker Centre for Law & Business (EWBCLB) at National University of Singapore.
