Congratulations to Timothy Liau who has recently been awarded his doctorate at Oxford for his thesis on Standing in Private law. Tim presented a paper, “Understanding Standing in Private Law” in the Global Seminar on Private Law Theory on 12 June 2020, related to his doctoral work. He is currently working on revising his thesis for publication as a book.
