Description

ABOUT THE EVENT

The first part of the seminar introduces marine third-party liability insurance as offered by the mutual Protection and Indemnity (P&I) clubs within the International Group of P&I clubs. In the second part of the seminar, the speaker will take participants through a case study, from a club claims handling perspective, on the carriage of cargoes that may liquefy if they are shipped in certain conditions. As part of the case study, the speaker will discuss the various considerations, issues and potential liabilities which may arise out of the carriage of such cargoes.
