Virtual Roundtable #17 will be based on the book “Constitutional Amendments: Making, Breaking, and Changing Constitutions“, by Richard Albert (Oxford 2019). Esteemed panellists will discuss the concept of “constitutional dismemberment” as a contrast to the idea of “constitutional amendment” and how leaders often make amendments in defiance of the constitution’s own amendment rules.
