Description

The Centre for Maritime Law (CML) of the National University of Singapore, the Centre for Commercial Law Studies (CCLS), Queen Mary University of London and Marine and Shipping Law Unit within the TC Beirne School of Law of the University of Queensland, Australia are together launching an annual collaborative research event called the Global Shipping Law Forum. The event will bring together academic researchers and legal practitioners from the shipping field to discuss current issues. The launch event, which will be hosted by the CML and will be held in Singapore on 7th to 8th December 2015, will be on the topic of Indemnities and Guarantees in Maritime Law. Subsequent events will be held in London, UK (December 2016) and Queensland, Australia (December 2017
