A Study of Freedom of Thought, Conscience, and Religion in ASEAN 30 April 2015, National University of Singapore In January 2015, the Human Rights Resource Centre (HRRC) published “Keeping the Faith: A Study of Freedom of Thought, Conscience and Religion in ASEAN.” The 10- country report seeks to capture the legal landscape pertaining to freedom of thought, conscience and religion in the region. The Centre for Asian Legal Studies (CALS) hosted this event where key findings of the Synthesis Report and Singapore country report were be presented by Associate Professor Eugene Tan, Law School, Singapore Management University and Assistant Professor Jaclyn L. Neo, Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore. The guest of honour was H.E. Bilahari Kausikan, Ambassador-at-Large and Policy Advisor, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
